At KaisWorkshop, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our policy below.
Returns
We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be unused and in its original condition.
- Be returned in its original packaging whenever possible.
- Not show signs of damage caused by misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To help us process your claim, please provide:
- Your order number.
- Clear photos of the item received.
- Photos of any damage or defect.
If approved, we will offer a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.
Refunds
Once your refund request has been reviewed and approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds may not be granted in the following situations:
- The customer provided an incorrect shipping address.
- The item was damaged due to improper use.
- The customer simply changes their mind after the order has been shipped.
- Delays caused by customs, carriers, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, the order may already be in processing and cannot be guaranteed for cancellation.
